brilliant beaches

Rhyl and Prestatyn on the North Wales coast are two towns with fabulous sandy beaches, where traditional seaside holidays get a modern makeover.

With more sun than the national average the welcome here is as warm as the weather and both towns have many things to do on dry and not-so-dry days. Rhyl and Prestatyn are within two hours of the West Midlands, and half that from Merseyside.

While these two towns offer the best of the modern seaside family holiday, each one has its own distinct character. Rhyl is a vibrant hub of activity, with events and attractions that keep the family amused all day and well into the night too. Prestatyn is a relaxed and safe seaside haven with stunning views and a variety of activities that take advantage of all the natural and historical wonders nearby.

Wherever you base your holiday, both Rhyl and Prestatyn will give you more things to do than you can shake a stick of candyfloss at!
